Melios Pet Park is a non-governmental zoo, which opened in 2000 showing a small private collection of birds. It was the first zoo of its kind, where you could see exotic animals birds rarely found in Cyprus.

Today the zoo includes an outdoor park, a pet store and a café. The birds and the animals live in their cages in the park, surrounded by trees. The café has picnic tables and a large selection of hot and cold drinks, appetizers and ice cream. There is a nearby children’s playground.

The zoo offers animal care classes. The pet store sells different animals, birds as well as animal food and accessories.

Paid admission. Children under the age of 10 receive a discount.
